Chloroprene Rubber (CR SPONGE)

The structure of the CR sponge: foamed rubber sponge with closed cell structures.

Features

Soft, waterproof, good hermetic seal, adhesion force, heat preservation and high strength, and resistance to seawater, chemicals and fire.

Application

Laminated products of CR rubber sponge with various fabrics are suitable materials for diving and surfing suits, water sports, spearing suit, immersion suit, survival suit, life vest, computer bags, and advanced medical protection equipment.

Styrene Butadeine Rubber and Chloroprene Rubber (CR/SBR Sponge)

This series combines SBR ( Styrene Butadiene Rubber) and CR, producing several grades of products that can be used in a wide range of applications.

Features

Our CR/SBR Rubber Sponge contain an excellent cell structure that shows properties of shcok-absorption into WS-2, WS-2S and WS-2H according to hardness. However, WS-1 or WS-2 series none of them contains NR components.

Application

Laminated products of CR/SBR rubber sponge with various fabric are suitable materials for shoes, fishing boots, horse blankets, medical care and sport protection accessories.

Sponge thickness  from .3mm to 25mm can be ordered. Common and popular sheets are available in stock: 1mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 5mm & 7mm.

Available Colours

Standard Nylon (N)

Nylon Jersey has a stretchable soft/smooth texture and is available in a variety of colours. It can be laminated with Rubber Sponge to increase its variability and fashionable styles for different products.

Polyester (PL)

Polyester Jersey has excellent lightfastness making it more suitable for a variety of bright and fluorescent colours. Applicable for footwear, bags, finishing waders, casual clothing and outerwear.

Japan Velcro Plush (OK)

The main advantage of OK fabrics is the long-lasting and repeatable hook-and-loop fastening properties. It is suitable for high-class band applications requiring high fastening effect. ( Made in Japan)

Taiwan Velcro Plush (TOK)

They are suitable candidates for general pads used in medical care and sport-protection or accessory parts of diving suits and surfing suits. (Made in Taiwan)

Small Diamond (SD)

Its abrasion resistance is higher than Standard Nylon fabric. The SD fabric is suitable for the material of shoes, bags, sport protective equipment and diving suit.

Strong Pad (SP)

Strong-Pad fabric has the more durable abrasion resistance and heavier than Small Diamond fabric. An excellent choice for shoes, bags, strengthening join panels & etc.

KN Series

Woven with Kevlar® yarn (provided by DuPont®), lightweight, good abrasion-resistance, and durability. Suitable for patches (wetsuits & fishing waders), sport protection accessories such as kneepads, elbow pads, gloves, shoes and bags.

Abrasion-Resistance

We have many different kinds of abrasion-resistance textiles, such as RO-TEX, DA2, DA2-PLUS, SP, SD and so on. DA2 and DA2-PLUS is stretchable abrasion-resistance fabric with the 3D surface. Those are applicable to apparels, diving suits, sports gears, & etc.
